I Didn’t Study the Problem.
I Lived It.
Before founding Legendary, I was a catering manager on the front lines. I experienced what happens when the right people don’t show up: last-minute callouts, undertrained staff, poor communication, and agencies that disappeared after filling the shift.
I knew the operation. I knew the pressure. And I knew there had to be a better way. So I built Legendary, not to become another staffing agency, but to build the workforce partner I wished I had when I was running operations.
Today, that experience still defines us: we understand the client, protect the standard, take ownership, and keep the operation moving.
