Co-Founder of Legendary Event Staff & Entertainment

Prior to starting Legendary, I worked as a catering manager for one of the leading food and support services companies in the U.S. When running our events, I noticed the same problems over and over again: The workers sent to us through the staffing agencies we used lacked the skills and procedures knowledge we needed and it was difficult for the agencies to communicate any staffing challenges ahead of time. This left us scrambling to find coverage at the last minute and prevented us from providing an exceptional event experience. As I began to interview my peers across the industry, I realized the problem was widespread

In 2016, I started Legendary Event Staff & Entertainment with business partner Javier Perez to build a staffing hospitality support agency that values reliability, communication, talent development, and innovation. Iliana is an Entertainment Marketing professional with significant experience in the hospitality industry, directing events and entertainment. She has a breadth of development knowledge and entrepreneurial experience as CO-FOUNDER/ CEO of Legendary Staffing. She is Responsible for establishing a corporate-wide vision and defining strategic direction.

Paola Olarte

Strategic Operations Manager
Paola is an Economist and Financial Management professional with experience in directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities in organizations. As Operation Strategic Manager She oversees the organizational activities of businesses. developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Luis Dominguez

Operations Manager
Luis is experienced coordinating teams with dedication and helps build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests.
