Iliana Ortega

Co-Founder of Legendary Event Staff & Entertainment

Prior to founding Legendary, my experience as a catering manager for a leading U.S. food service company revealed systemic issues in staffing. Recurring challenges included inadequately skilled workers, poor procedural knowledge, and communication gaps with agencies. These deficiencies often led to last-minute staffing crises and compromising event quality. Industry-wide consultations confirmed the pervasiveness of these problems, inspiring the creation of our solution-oriented approach.

Chief Executive Officer
Iliana is an Entertainment Marketing professional with significant experience in the hospitality industry, directing events and entertainment. She has a breadth of development knowledge and entrepreneurial experience as CO-FOUNDER/ CEO of Legendary Staffing. She is Responsible for establishing a corporate-wide vision and defining strategic direction.

Luis Dominguez

Operations Director
Luis is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in coordinating teams and cultivating strong relationships with clients and guests. As Operations Director, he oversees daily operations while driving the execution of strategic initiatives to secure and expand accounts. He also leads the design and implementation of recruiting, training, and hiring strategies, ensuring the organization attracts and develops top-quality talent to support long-term success.

Paola Olarte

Operations Manager

Veronica Olvera

HR & Payroll Manager
Veronica serves as HR and Payroll Manager, overseeing both the Payroll and Human Resources departments. She ensures all employees remain in compliance with company requirements and policies, while also preparing and managing quarterly reports, including audits, IRS filings, workers’ compensation, and EDD documentation. In addition, she leads the payroll team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all payroll functions.
